The Golden State Warriors are your 2021-22 NBA Champions. It’s now their fourth trophy in the last decade.
Winning their 4th championship in 6 years is incredible. Steph scored 34 points en route to winning his first Bill Russell Finals MVP award.
The Warriors battled back after being down in the first quarter to go on a 21-0 run & never looked back.
They went from being down 6 to being up 15 which seemed like a matter of moments.
The Celtics didn't score again until the 9:59 mark of the second quarter.
It was a Poole Party as Jordan Poole was a leader in the run scoring 11 points in the second quarter.
Jaylen Brown lead the Celtics with 34 points but it wasn't enough on this night. Jayson Tatum struggled in game 6 scoring 13 points on 6-18FG shooting.
Golden State cemented their dynasty legacy with this impressive playoff run and seems to be in line to make another run at the championship next season.
