NBA Play-in Tournament

With the first play-in tournament done and dusted, let’s take a look at what went down in the final games to win a spot for the play-offs.
Eastern Conference
Indiana Pacers vs Washington Wizards
After the Washington Wizards loss to the Boston Celtics in the first round of the play-in tournament, it was quite obvious that Westbrook and Beal would be out for redemption, trying to stop an Indiana Pacers team that destroyed the Charlotte Hornets in their first round game. However, it was the Washington Wizards that did not disappoint on the night, posting 142 points to the Pacers 115, with five Wizard players posting 10+ points and Russell Westbrook dominating as he usually does with 18 points, 8 rebounds and 15 assists, so close to yet another triple double. After this win it sets up another battle between Westbrook and Embiid of the Philadelphia 76ers which no NBA fan will complain about.
Western Conference
Golden State Warriors vs Memphis Grizzlies
After an absolute classic, watching GSW take on Lebron and the Lakers, we were treated to Ja Morant's Memphis Grizzlies taking on Steph Curry’s Golden State Warriors, in an all or nothing battle for a play-off spot. This game did not disappoint with it being decided in overtime and Ja Morant being the difference, making a clutch shot, which in the end, sent the Warriors packing and the end of Steph Curry’s MVP season, which we can all agree deserved to go on into the play-offs. However, it is now time to see how far Ja Morant can carry this Grizzlies team and whether they can make a deep play-off run starting against the best team in the NBA the Utah Jazz.
