Keep track of time across the world
The world clock shows the current time in a list of cities you choose. Each card shows the local time, the date, the UTC offset and how many hours it is ahead of or behind you. Cards turn dark during night hours so you can see at a glance who is probably asleep.
How to customise the list
- Type a city or time zone name in the search box and press Add.
- Remove a city with the × on its card.
- Your list is saved in this browser; use Reset to go back to the default cities.

Frequently asked questions
Is daylight saving time included?
Yes. Times are calculated with the official time zone database built into your browser, which includes daylight saving rules.
My city is missing. What can I do?
Time zones are named after a large city. Search for the largest city near you in the same zone, for example "Chicago" for most of the US Central time zone.
